Return & Refund Policy

At RiadKesh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.


1. Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this 90-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

3. How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@riadkesh.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), RiadKesh covers all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@riadkesh.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Note on Sale Items: Unlike many stores, we accept returns on sale items within our 90-day window, provided they meet the condition requirements above.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
