At RiadKesh, we aim to provide a transparent and efficient shipping experience. Below you will find the details of our shipping process.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer free international shipping to all of our customers.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Our total delivery time is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (Monday – Friday)
- Handling Time: 2–7 Business Days (Monday – Sunday)
Note: While some orders may take up to 7 days during peak seasons, we strive to process most within 2–4 days.
- Transit Time: 3–6 Business Days (Monday – Sunday)
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Shipping Delays & Damaged Packages
While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or customs. If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@riadkesh.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
